1717 Arlon (1954 AC) is a Main-belt Asteroid discovered on January 08, 1954 by Sylvain Julien Victor Arend at Uccle.

It is roughly 9km in diameter. In 2006 the Ondřejov Observatory announced a moon orbiting 18 km from it.[1]
