The 2008 Hamburg Masters was a tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts. It was the 101st edition of the Hamburg Masters, and was part of the ATP Masters Series of the 2008 ATP Tour. It took place at the Rothenbaum Tennis Center in Hamburg, Germany, from May 10 through May 18, 2008.

The men's field was headlined by World No. 1 and defending champion Roger Federer, Monte Carlo winner and 2007 Hamburg runner-up Rafael Nadal, and Australian Open and Rome Masters winner Novak Djokovic. Other top seeds competing were Miami Masters champion Nikolay Davydenko, Valencia Open winner David Ferrer, James Blake, Richard Gasquet and Tomas Berdych.
