Biwi No.1 is a 1999 Bollywood comedy directed by David Dhawan and starring Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Sushmita Sen, Anil Kapoor and Tabu. Saif Ali Khan is featured in a special appearance.

Plot

Salman Khan plays Prem, a very much married man with kids, who gets involved in an affair with model Rupali. He prefers Rupali to his wife because Rupali is modern and wears fashionable clothes. He then shifts to Rupali's house and starts living with her. His wife, Pooja, meanwhile with the help of Salman's friend Lakhan (Anil Kapoor) has a make-over. She becomes the modern woman who does many modeling assignments. Also, Pooja sends her mother-in-law and children to live with her husband and Rupali. They all trouble Rupali no end and this proves to Prem that Rupali keeps them hungry and wants to poison and kill them.
