The Blue Line of the Delhi Metro system in Delhi consists of 31 metro stations from Indraprastha to Dwarka Sub City with a total distance of 32.1 km. This line is completed and operational.

History

The Dwarka-Barakhamba section of the line was inaugurated by the Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh on 30th December, 2005. It was opened to the public on 31st December 2005.

Stations

Rajouri Garden is the highest station of the Delhi Metro with a height of over 51 metres. Barakhamba Road is the first underground 'made in India' station.
