Hyderabad Central is a mall in Hyderabad, India located on the Punjagutta road. The mall offers shopping, including the famous Marks and Spencer, as well as a range of movies, music, books, coffee shops, a food court, supermarket and restaurants. The shopping space is spread over four levels at Hyderabad Central. PVR Cinemas is located on the top floor of the mall.

During the planning stages, it was alleged that plans only showed 4 theatres, however after the construction of 5 theatres a lengthy legal battle has ensued.^[1]

Hyderabad Central has the slogan "Shop, Eat and Celebrate".

Budget

With an investment of some 701 million rupees (approx. US$15.5 million), this is the second large-scale mall in the country, the first being in Bangalore. Mr. Biyani says that some 15 such malls will be opened in various cities across the country. The third mall is being opened in Pune.

Food Courts

The mall has seven restaurants and a Pizza Hut outlet, a Subway outlet, besides a food court and coffee shops, Java Green The mall also has a ice cream parlour and Noodle Bar restaurant.
