Otojiro Kawakami (川上 音二郎? 1864-01-01 - 1911-11-11) was a Japanese actor and comedian from present-day Hakata-ku, Fukuoka, best known for a satire song called "Oppekepe."[1] His wife was actress Sada Yacco.
