The Princess Tower is a residential skyscraper that is currently under construction in Dubai.[2] This supertall will be finished in 2009 and it will rise to 414 meters (1,358 feet) and have 101 floors. The building was originally proposed at only 90 floors.[1] When complete, Princess Tower will be the world's tallest all-residential building, taking the title from the Q1 Tower in Gold Coast City, Australia.[2] However, due to an epic skyscraper boom, the Princess Tower's reign as the world's tallest all-residential tower will not last long. Upon completion in 2011, Pentominium will become the tallest all-residential tower at a height of 618 Meters. When finished, it will include the most expensive apartments of the world, the best of which may cost US$ 85,000,000.00 (more or less R$ 190.000.000,00). The ground floor "Entrance Hall" of the building will be gilded with white gold (confirmed in January/2008 by the builder). This decoration will be supplemented with of diamonds, opals, rubies, sapphires and crystals (also confirmed in January/2008 by the builder).
