Entrance

A lawyer and the older sister of Carmella (Natalie Blair), Rosetta moved into No. 30 Ramsay Street on October 12, 2006, along with Pepper Steiger (Nicky Whelan), Frazer Yeats (Ben Lawson) andWill Griggs (Christian Clark). She had previously lived with her mother Lucia (Maria Mercedes), until she decided to cut herself loose, dump the fiancee she was not in love with, and move to Erinsborough.

In late 2006, Rosie developed feelings for housemate Will but did not act upon them out of fear of being rejected; meanwhile, fellow housemate Frazer had hidden feelings for her. Upon finding out Will only had eyes for sister Carmella, Rosetta's feelings for him disappeared.

Paul Robinson

She had an affair with scheming business mogul Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis) which lead to him leaving new wife Lyn (Janet Andrewartha) on the same day as their wedding. The affair did not last, and Rosie and Frazer became an item. However, when Frazer confessed to Rosie that he was really George Brown, the brother of her former fiancee, Johnny Brown, she left him and took comfort with Paul. Upon learning that Paul had an affair with her best friend, Pepper, Rosie lashed out at him, accusing him of mistreating Pepper. Pepper, overwhelmed by Rosie's act of friendship, spontaneously kissed her before Rosie kissed her back, unaware that Frazer's little brother Ringo (Sam Clark) was watching. Ringo spread the word, and the whole street thought that Rosie and Pepper were gay for a brief period.

Engagement

Rosie reunited with Frazer, who was bound to a wheelchair following an accident on a race track. After they sorted out their issues and learnt more about each other, Rosie and Frazer got engaged.

Marriage

They married on July 23, 2007. Rosie's boss Tim Collins has put a lot of pressure on her, and has recently given her more opportunities, which conflicts with peoples increasing expectation that she and Frazer will start a family. After Tim's pressuring put Toadie in hospital from a panic attack, they decided to quit and start their own partnership.

Children

Though Frazer wants children, they both realize that they are not ready, so they agree to wait. Later, her sister Carmella's difficult time during Chloe's birth convinces Rosie she will never be able to stand the emotional strain of having children. However in February 2008, she finds out, much to her distress, that she is pregnant. Frazer tells her that if she cannot raise the baby, he will - as a sole parent. After Frazer says this, Rosie promises to try to raise the baby because she wants to save the marriage. Rosie is now looking forward to having the baby, especially after becoming her niece Chloe's godmother. Rosie then believes she has lost the baby, leaving her and Frazer heartbroken, but after going for another scan to receive a second opinion, they realise that there is a baby.
