Sussanne Roshan (née Khan, born October 26, 1978) is an interior designer, owner of the Sussanne Roshan's House of Design store, and more popularly known as the wife of actor Hrithik Roshan. BiographySussanne Roshan is the daughter of ex-actor Sanjay Khan and interior designer Zarine Khan, sister of actor Zayed Khan, cousin of actor Fardeen Khan, and wife of Hrithik Roshan. She is of Parsi (Persians who follows zoroastrianism) descent, although her mother (an Iranian) converted to Islam during the marriage ceremony. Her family claims Pathan-Persian descent and are currently settled in and around Mumbai. After finishing her schooling in Mumbai, she attended Brooks College in Long Beach, California in 1993 to obtain an Associate of Arts Degree in Interior Design.[1] Upon graduating and completing a three month internship in the U.S., she returned back to India and met formally ex-neighbor Hrithik Roshan. Their friendship soon blossomed into a love relationship, resulting in a registered civil marriage on December 20, 2000 in Bangalore, India. Despite her Muslim and her husband's Hindu religious backgrounds, the couple do not allow their faiths to affect their relationship. The couple had two kids,both boys, one by the name of Hrehaan and the other named Hridhaan. Khan has designed the homes of actresses Rani Mukerji and Priyanka Chopra.[2] She made her first TV appearance on the show A Rendezvous with Simi Garewal, hosted by yesteryear actress Simi Garewal.
