Article contains part of tender notification

There was too much emphasis placed on the role of the "consultant" for the project which clearly means the whole section had been ripped off a Andhra Pradesh Government website. I have renamed the section to technical supervision though there still remains information that may be frivolous as far as an encyclopedic article is concerned.
