We now strongly recommend that new show/topic-specific WikiProjects become task forces of WP:TV. This still allows for greater focus on that show/ topic, but without having to start a whole new project from scratch. Many existing show-specific WikiProjects became projects before the concept of task forces was widely known, and many of them will become task forces in the future. See Wikipedia:WikiProject Council/Guide for more info, or ask for help on WT:TV. |

Technically speaking, anyone who edits / contributes to TV related articles is a participant, and there are no requirements other than that. If one wishes they can further identify themselves with the project by listing their name as a participant. This helps spread the word about the project and can help other editors see what types of articles that user is interested in editing.

People working in television
Actors, producers, writers etc. are all real people. Turn to WikiProject Biography for help on writing such articles. Here are some quick guidelines and tips for you however.
Categories
As a rule do not create categories for "People by series", because they can potentially work on hunderds of different series/movies etc. You should categorize by profession. See the higer level Category:Television actors, Category:Television directors, Category:Television producers, Category:Television writers, Category:Television presenters in the top level Category:Television people.
Images
Fair Use images on pages of real people that are still alive are not allowed, because these images are replaceable. You also cannot use an image from a television program, etc., because you are not illustrating the character but the actor.
Infoboxes
The general infobox for an actor is {{Infobox actor}}. For voice actors use {{Infobox actor voice}}.

Everything needs to be verifiable through "official" sources (for instance press releases), and rumours should be immediately removed from articles. If you find such an article please tag them with one of the following templates.

Stub templates
There are quite a lot of stub templates for TV related articles. The highest level stub that can be used is {{Tv-stub}} for anything television related, but it is prefererred to use a more detailed stub that adds Country and Type (actor/tv-prog/episode etc).

{{TV resolution}} Inserts a graph of the various TV resolutions in existence.
{{North American DTV}} Inserts a list of articles relating to the ATSC digital television rollout in North America.

- the return of several dead or departed characters and revelations about them; specifically, that Tom (M.C. Gainey) is gay - "several" characters and revelations about them are mentioned, but it's not really going into specifics when only one instance is given. Either the clause before or after the semicolon needs to be changed to reflect what the other implies.
- After escaping from the island, Michael has returned to Manhattan, has become estranged from his son Walt Lloyd (Malcolm David Kelley) after confessing that he murdered Ana Lucia Cortez (Michelle Rodriguez) and Libby (Cynthia Watros) as part of his effort to rescue Walt from the Others' captivity and is seeing apparations of the late Libby - a pretty big mouthful for one sentence. If you don't break it up, a serial comma after "captivity" would make it somewhat easier for reading.
- Libby's mysterious backstory will be revealed through multiple flashbacks of a new character not aboard Oceanic 815 introduced in the fourth or fifth season - doesn't entirely make sense to use future tense with season 4, though it does make it hard to discuss 4 and 5 in the same tense...
- Cynthia Watros became the first former cast member not receive a "Special Guest Star" credit upon her return - could possibly do with a citation, as the episode itself can't be used to show that this was the fourth. Could be hard to source, though.
- revealed to be the homosexual—Lost's only gay characters - "the homosexual"?
- executive producers co-creator/head writer Damon Lindelof and staff writer Carlton Cuse - we've got a kind of double-epithet going on for each of them... not sure if this could be easily trimmed?
- Dubbed "the most anticipated Lost of the season" by Verne Gay of Newsday - would placing an "[episode]" after "Lost" make some more sense?
- I don't think Lindelof's 24 analogy really adds much. It's already pointed out that he was less than impressed by the fan forums and the nitpicking, so his little rant about 24 isn't especially relevant, IMO. (And you mentioned the Reception section is a little lengthy.)
- "this episode fell a little short … I feel like we were kind of robbed of half of the 'What Happened to Michael?' story. It was interesting to see how far into depression he sunk … And they did give him a pretty good reason for working for Ben … But I can't shake the feeling that we missed a good opportunity. He further commented that "Tom would make a great football coach—his motivational speeches are awesome." - I think a quote needs to be closed around about "opportunity"...?
- Just my pedantic nitpicking - do we really need all the ampersands in ref 39? Looks kinda neater and a little less "whoa" with semicolons. Maybe likewise for ref 4. Maybe ref 14 too, or perhaps keep the ampersand between the Darltons because they're a "writing team"? Or you could just use commas as done in ref 7 ... oh, the possibilies are endless. Do as you please. It's definitely not life or death, as much as it sounds like it!

- Since this is a (mainly) French production, I'd like to see the original French voice actors listed.
- It says the crew roster included Moran Caouissin and Josette Zagar, but what exactly did they do?
- The Lede says who directed and wrote the episodes, but this should be mentioned again in the Cast and Crew section, as the Lede serves to introduce the main sections
- "who is now Vice President of Montreal's Spectra Animation" will quickly age. Anchor it to a specific time period
- What makes DVDcritiques.com a RS?
- French production: French titles first, I think
- Airdate should be in its own column, not attached to the Title column
- You don't have to use {{S-Japanese episode list}}. {{episode list}} will work just as well, although it doesn't allow for sorting, but I don't feel it's really necessary. Check out our other FLs, production codes and episode numbers are often in different orders
- Episode summaries seem more like teasers. See Wikipedia:Plot_summaries and WP:PLOTSUM.
- For instance, in the first episode, "Periwinkle has trouble adapting to the change." How? Why? How does he overcome it? "a magpie named Magda tries to scare them away as the "Blueberry Ghost"" Again, how? why? How is it resolved?
- "Despite worries from his family, little Dandelion goes with them to a nearby carnival." is "little" necessary? Why are they worried?
- "The young Bellflowers accidentally take off on the hot air balloon of Loti and Lizzi" How did this happen?
- I think the DVD section needs a lot of help.
- Region 2 DVDs first, since that's what is used in France
- Consider making a DVD table such as what is used in Lost (season 1) or Degrassi: The Next Generation (season 1).
- Are the Dutch, German, and Chinese titles necessary? Do they help the readers of the English Wikipedia understand anything more about the subject, or are they there just for the sake of it?

- I think I can rewrite the plot descriptions, since I have the R1 DVDs. (Actually, this may as well affect any chance for the next two seasons to have a go at FLC any time soon, because I haven't seen every one yet!)
- The R1 discs for season 1 are in English only, and I don't seem to have found anything online concerning this season's French cast. (This calls for an R2 import, but it'll have to wait how many days or weeks...)
- DVD tables may be a problem because, unlike those of major U.S./British shows, the packaging and content(s) of Bellflower's first two seasons vary across different countries.
- I've already revamped the episode tables with {{Episode list}}, and made other tweaks per comments.

- The cleanup banners means the list doesn't meet WP:WIAFL #3 and/or #7. I recognize that the nominator added those after nomination, but the fact that they are there makes it hard to recommend promoting the list.
- There's a *lot* of lede text for four episodes. I'm worried that a single-season list may be too short - but I haven't read the previous discussion, so I may be off base.
- Two of the summaries are a bit long, and two of them are a bit short.
- Are the trailers public-domain? If not (and I suspect not), then the "External link" to the YouTube trailers is inappropriate.
- Ditto with the two minute clip at KI.KA
- I could be wrong, but I don't think the "External links" to distributors is appropriate either.
- For now I'm going to

- Imo, this is inherently too short a list to need to be a list article. It should go to GAN. Only 4 episodes does not need a list, and breaking up the table with prose means there is absolutely no benefit from using the table. that, along with the unbalanced plot recapsfor the episodes = oppose. Recomend this for GAN, and only the combined list for FLC, although i wonder why seperate series articles are even needed - none are so long that they would look better merged. Ruhrfisch comments: Very briefly, here are some suggestions for improvement.
- The article needs a copyedit - "there" is used for "their", "broadcasted" is used where "broadcast" is meant, spare brackets [, etc.
- The language of the lead is either too POV or too in-universe, or perhaps both - dastardly villains etc.
- I would put the DVD releases section last (chronological order), not first
- The table on guest stars who were also on Star Trek seems very much original research - why should this be in this article?
- A model article is useful for ideas and examples to follow - there are a large number od episode lists at Wikipedia:Featured_lists#Media
- Should the Will Smith movie version be mentioned?

- "he made his Broadway debut in 1929, when he created the role of one of the two murderers in Rope's End." He created the role? Was he also the director? This needs to be clarified.
