Die Regional Municipality of Peel ist eine Regional Municipality (Regionalgemeinde) im Südwesten der kanadischen Provinz Ontario, unmittelbar westlich von Toronto. Hauptort und Sitz des Regionalrates ist Brampton. Die Einwohnerzahl beträgt 1.159.405 (2006), die Fläche 1242,40 km², was einer Bevölkerungsdichte von 933,2 Einwohnern je km² entspricht.

Peel gehört zur Metropolregion Greater Toronto Area sowie zum Ballungsraum Golden Horseshoe und ist hinter dem benachbarten Toronto die zweitbevölkerungsreichste Gemeinde der Provinz. Die Regionalgemeinde ist nach dem britischen Premierminister Robert Peel benannt und wurde 1973 aus Teilen des ehemaligen Peel County gebildet.
